Terms and Conditions for Season Ticket holders:
Season Tickets are valid from Saturday 8th April to Saturday 18th November 2017.
Season Tickets are valid for one season only. For example if you purchase a season ticket in July 2017 it will not be valid until July 2018 it will expire on 18th November 2017. To get best value purchase your season ticket early in the season.
Season Tickets can not be used to gain entry to our reduced temp and unheated water swimming sessions.
Season Tickets are not valid for any additional opening outside of the advertised timetable i.e. Night Swims, December Unheated Swims, 24 Hour Solstice Swim (3:30 – 7:30 & 17:00 – 3:30).
Season ticket holders may bring up to 2 paying guest into a season ticket session.
Season ticket holders are entitled to unlimited use of the pool and facilities. They are used primarily to gain entry to the season ticket only sessions, which are usually quieter appose to the public sessions.
On busy days season ticket holders will be required to clear the pool and pool area at the end of season ticket sessions, in order to offer maximum capacity to the public sessions. This will be at the managements discretion.
However season tickets may be used to gain entry to a public session, although on busy days you will be required to queue with the public to gain entry to the area.
Lost season ticket can be replaced at the pool office for a charge of £5 per ticket.
Season ticket holders MUST present their ticket at the pool office upon entering the facility. We record your Season Ticket number for usage.
All season tickets are non refundable.
All terms and condition are at management discretion and are correct as of January 2017.
